It would seem that our first quarter in 2010(Jan-Mar) was a very tough quarter for us. With a new operation in Erbil, and continuing our old operations in Baghdad and Basra, we've incurred a lot of new expenses. However, since our move we have developed multiple facets of new business. We have used our new logistics and training facility as an open forum training program for local nationals interested in learning western techniques for convoy security and PSD. We currently have classes of 50 enrolled on a weekly basis for comprehensive courses, and offer follow up courses and employment assistance to our students.

We are also proud to announce the rapid growth of our business through developing a stronger administration. With the adding of new staff members including our Chief of Administration now seeing over all contract management, and proposal submission, and a new Chief of Operations, with the responsibility of overseeing our existing operations in the field of PSD, Convoy Security, and Static Guard in all of our fields of operation. These and other positions filled this quarter have made our structure stronger, and each of these individuals has demonstrated an outstanding track record for excellence in the field of private security in Iraq, and abroad, and will add value to our already excellent track record for security in Iraq.

Our Executive Management has been able to concentrate more effort on private industry business development, and stronger strategic partnership with our already valued vendors and customers. This has resulted in an explosion of opportunities for TAV, and the strong possibilities of new business with many international institutions, and companies. It is certain that 2010 will be "our best year", and we have only our customers to thank for their continued support and continued strategic partnerships whereby we offer our customized services on their "special interest" projects.

A couple of other notable changes include that construction is near completion, and will be completed on the 800 square meter dry storage warehouse on our new Erbil Logistics and Training compound.
